The grapes for this wine are harvested in Brda, the Slovenian part of Collio, then fermented in the winery in Italy for exceptional drinkability and that typical Radikon style. These grapes had two days of co-maceration too, before fermentation with indigenous yeasts and a completed malolactic conversion.
