A red wine from local grapes, mainly from old vines in Montemarano grown 700 metres above sea level. The bunches were destemmed and the wine was fermented on skins for three weeks, before nine months rest in chestnut. No sulphites have been added. With fruits and flowers, this is a wine that pairs well with grilled meat.
