A brand new cuvee made with Zweigelt grapes, mainly from the 2020 vintage. With second fermentation in bottle, this pet nat is bottled unfined. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, with part of the grapes fermenting as whole berries. Light dry red with a gentle fizz and heaps of red fruit and spicy undertones.
