Vermouth made by Ottawa resident Frederic Brouca. The Grenache, Carignan & Terret Blanc grapes used are from his vineyard in Faugeres, Languedoc.

Natural wine and local botanicals that include thyme flowers, rosemary flowers, fennel flowers, lavender, verbena and mugwort flowers, as well as local oranges. All the botanicals are fostered in his vineyards and the surrounding garrigue and mountains.
The process is to stop the fermentation by adding spirit. This is called ‘mutage’ and the ‘Eau de Vie’ is produced from their own wines that are distilled in original charentais alambic from 1930 by friend and Master Distiller Berthaud. The botanicals are then infused into the wine for 2 to 3 months. Ten month élevage in stainless steel tank and oak barrel. A floral and fresh vermouth.
