The White Anfora magnum is vinified with a blend of native grapes, such as Greco di Tufo, Fiano, and Coda di Volpe. After a spontaneous fermentation and eight months of maceration on the skins in anfora, the wine is bottled without any filtration or sulfites. Because of the prolonged skin contact, this wine displays a beautiful orange colour.
