100% Aglianico from 30 year old vines in Tocco Caudio. Hand-picked at the end of October, de-stemmed and pressed, fermented on the skins for 2,5 weeks, with the end of fermentation taking place in fiberglass. This wines is aged for 18 months in ceramic amphorae, and another year in bottle before release. Balanced and harmonious, fruit forward with ripe dark fruits, complemented by notes of flowers and herbs.
