Frédéric Brouca is an Ottawa resident who makes wine from his own vineyard in southern France. He became a sommelier first and visited many winemakers around the world before buying his own vineyard in the Languedoc.

Fred's concept of winemaking is reducing human intervention, including organically grown and hand-harvested grapes and a fresh, clean style using native yeasts.
