Vermouth made by Ottawa resident Frederic Brouca. The Grenache, Carignan & Terret Blanc grapes used are from his vineyard in Faugeres, Languedoc. 

This Vermouth deserves to be sipped, it is complicated and needs to shine on its own. Neutral spirits are infused with locally grown lavender, thyme, rosemary, Moroccan orange peel and rose.
